Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can shift unexpectedly across international timezones. Because dedicated 1-on-1 time is reserved on Sri. Sathish's calendar, we request reasonable notice for changes.

1. Rescheduling Your Session

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without any fee. Simply use the rescheduling link in your confirmation email or message our WhatsApp concierge.

2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, Sri. Sathish will wait in the Zoom room for up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the session is marked as unattended. If you experience an emergency, please contact us promptly to request an exception.
